Step Two:
Send us your information.
Email
us with the following information.
- You pet's photo(s)
- Your pet's information: name or nickname. All pet photo purchases include a FREE
(optional) online pet memorial. If you've chosen this option, include:
- date of birth
- date of death
- online pet memorial dedication verbage - Note: there is
no limit to the length of verbage you can include in your
memorial.
- Your quote or verse choice (if available in your design choice)

Once we receive these details, we will immediately begin work on your product.
Additional Information:
- Personalized pet photos will be shipped within 10 (ten) business
days.
- Online pet memorials will be available for viewing within
5 (five) business days.
