All photos are sent to a professional photo lab for developing where your prints are created using a Noritsu 3212 machine printer with Prime chemistry and ENDURA PROFESSIONAL papers.

On completion of your purchase, you will automatically be forwarded to a confirmation of purchase page and final email instructions. Or you may come back to this page to view the same emailing instructions listed below.
Step Two: Send us your information.
Email us with the following information.
  • You pet's photo(s)
  • Your pet's information: name or nickname. All pet photo purchases include a FREE (optional) online pet memorial. If you've chosen this option, include:
    • date of birth
    • date of death
    • online pet memorial dedication verbage - Note: there is no limit to the length of verbage you can include in your memorial.
  • Your quote or verse choice (if available in your design choice)
Once we receive these details, we will immediately begin work on your product.

Additional Information:
  • Personalized pet photos will be shipped within 10 (ten) business days.
  • Online pet memorials will be available for viewing within 5 (five) business days.
