About the Artist
I began creating pet photo designs and ultimately this site after putting my miniature daschund, Tashi, to sleep. Tashi's life and her death inspired me to create the loving images you find throughout this site. As an album designer for professional photographers, I originally began by designing an album to create a memorial for my little girl.

Ultimately, it became part of my healing process. I turned my loss into something positive and memorialize my Tashi by sharing the creativity that her death inspired with others who understand the level of love and companionship that only a pet and their human can share. The loving images I create, I do so in the memory of my smallest soul mate.

I am a freelance photographer and an artist. Photography and digital arts are my mediums of choice. The background photos used in my designs are photos that I have taken during my many travels.

With 10 years of experience in photography and Photoshop, I have transformed what began as a hobby into a successful business. My experience in designing albums for professional photographers and genealogists give my designs a professional touch. My digital artistry techniques provide unparalleled attention to detail resulting in the most beautiful pet photograph possible; a unique pet photo that speaks for itself. I can take an ordinary snapshot and transform it into a professional, studio-quality work of art.

I am very passionate about animals. My love of animals and skills as a photographer/artist provide me with the perfect tool box to do what I love and over the years, with Taylor (my border collie / lab mix) close by my side, I've created thousands of beautiful images.

Dedication

I dedicate this site with love and affection to my most dedicated friend as a tribute to her 19 years of unconditional love and companionship.

Thank you, Tashi, for all the joy you've given me. I miss you immensely!
